AI contract processing for HubSpot deals

The challenge

Contracts arrived as documents, and the locations and products in them had to be typed into HubSpot by hand before a deal could move forward.

What I built

1. 01An n8n workflow starts when a contract is uploaded to HubSpot.
2. 02OpenAI reads the document and extracts the locations and products.
3. 03The workflow creates each location with its line items.
4. 04Every location is associated to the right deal automatically.

Under the hood

Outcome

• Locations and products created in HubSpot without manual entry.
• Deals updated automatically as soon as a contract is uploaded.
