The challenge

Golf courses needed to send personalized quotes, collect payment and follow up — then charge recurring amounts — without juggling separate tools.

What I built

  1. Built a quote generator inside HubSpot tailored to golf-course services.
  2. Generated secure Stripe payment links for each quote.
  3. Synchronized email sequences for follow-up.
  4. After 30 days, automated recurring debits based on the initial Stripe payment information.
  5. Stored all booking and payment information in HubSpot.
