I'm Roman Salom, a HubSpot developer and CRM consultant based near Buenos Aires. I help companies solve the problems standard HubSpot features can't: custom integrations, automation and CRM structures that connect HubSpot to the rest of the business and remove manual work.

I trained as a full-stack developer first: two 800-hour bootcamps at Coderhouse (2022) and Henry (2023) in React, Node.js and databases, plus a cybersecurity course. Then, in mid-2024, I joined Happy Agencies as a HubSpot web developer working on international client projects.
That's where I found what I actually love: the place where code meets business process. CRMs, integrations, data that moves between systems on its own. I built workflows on custom objects, custom cards powered by serverless functions for quote automation, and dynamic HubL templates, and decided to specialize in HubSpot.
Most HubSpot problems aren't code problems or settings problems. They're both.
Today I work as a HubSpot CRM consultant and n8n developer with Revenue Institute and We Simplify, a UK agency, both HubSpot Solutions Partners, designing CRM structures from scratch: pipelines, lead flow architecture and qualification workflows. Before that I built a complete CRM for Mappa.ai and a Shopify-to-HubSpot real-time sync for an e-commerce brand.
Today I also work directly with end clients (founders and sales, ops and RevOps leaders) who want reliable systems rather than one-off zaps. I'm completing an Associate Degree in Systems Analysis at ORT, and I work from Tigre, just outside Buenos Aires, in hours that overlap with US teams.
