How I build it

Real time or scheduled, depending on the job

A HubSpot serverless function acts as a secure proxy to the Sage Intacct API. The website module only talks to that function.

Webhooks and event listeners keep records current as things happen — best for payments, messages and anything a workflow reacts to.

Scheduled

Batch jobs handle bulk imports, backfills and nightly reconciliation, with retries and logging so nothing fails silently.
